There are currently a number of schemes available to companies who are looking to employ a young person and provide them with qualifications leading to a full Apprenticeship. One current example is a grant designed to assist companies who would otherwise not be able to afford to employ an apprentice. It does this by providing financial support directly to the company to help make this a viable option.

National guidance on paying apprentices currently states that they should receive at least £95 per week for working in a full time position. TSP can work with you to establish if you are eligible to receive help to recruit a young person to work with you and undertake a qualification while they work.
